I don’t see it either. They are very nice names.

I think they are lovely names but would work better for someone that isn’t Caucasian American. I ordinarily associate those type of names with Czech Slovakia or Russia, for instance. I’ve always pictured a ballerina when i hear Tatiana and I think of (Carlos) Santana the musician - I do not associate the names with strippers.
Svetlana on the other hand.. Or names like Brandy or Candy, I associate with strippers because they’re so common in movies.

If you truly love them use them regardless as they are both lovely and it’s nice they won’t be another Emma or Isabelle :)

I think they are both nice names and Tatiana doesn’t just fit someone who is Russian/Czech/Slovakian etc.

I think Tatiana is pretty. Santana is okay, it reminds me of the Glee character.

Perhaps the two names together make your friends think strippers? Maybe change one name so it doesn’t end in "ana"?

I think meaning they seem a bit exotic and if so, I agree with poster 2.

Definitly do NOT see where te whole stripper part of it fits in anywhere....not stripper names. When i here santana i think of also a Carlos Santana but i think o baseball player instead whoch then drives me to oh its a boy. They are very unique names but i just dont see them fitting together. Pick you very favorite then maybe change the other one tk make them flow more easily like allie and abbie kinda flow.

I dislike Santana, and like Tatiana. Neither name seems like a "stripper" name to me. No particular reason for not liking Santana, just not my personal taste. If you like both names, that’s what matters, and they are much better than some of the names I’ve seen/heard. GL!
