Archer is a boy name, there is no getting around it. Using a girl middle name won’t change that fact since hardly anyone will know her middle name anyway!! Give that baby girl a break! Give her a girl name!

I don’t like it because...
1- seems waaay too masculine for a girl, in my opinion. I, personally, like most unisex names but there is a spot where I draw the line ... Archer falls beyond that line.
2- I do not like the connection between Archer and her birthday (ARCHer and mARCH).
But if you insist, I like the "AJ" suggestion as given above but I would prefer Archer Joanne.
