Teo vs. Theo

My husband and I are expecting our first child. His family are from Argentina and the wants the baby to have a Spanish name, Teo (pronounce tayo) however I prefer the English spelling and pronounciaton Theo. All help is appreciated :) Kenzi

Maybe use Matteo nn Teo. I consider Theo and Teo completely different names. And wouldn’t consider Theo the English version of Teo at all.

Name him Thiago and give him the nick name Theo? Sparish name with an English nick name. It works! GL
