I wouldn’t say I hate Phoebe but it’s never been a favorite.Maybe I can’t get past the Friends association.It gives it a "ditzy" stereotype.
Lianna is beautiful!
Personally I would use that as a first name instead.It’s too pretty to waste it’s potential in the middle spot.
