Baby Name Poll Results

Oh that’s hard, they’re all so beautiful! Immediately upon reading them, I saw:

Sadie Claire
and
Ivy Charlotte

but not sure if you would consider using your first names as middle names :) Either way, whichever name you choose will definitely be a winner!

Charlotte is my favorite. It’s nice to say and sticks in your memory. Sadie is too dated and most will be around the same age range.

The only name from the list I don’t particularly like is Claire, but it’s just that I don’t like it as a first name, I think it’s a great middle name. Ivy is my favorite though!

Ivy always makes me think about poison Ivy so I’m not a fan. My neighbours have a dog named Sadie, so I find it hard to picture that name on a human. Claire is okay but I prefer Carys, Cara, and Clara. I love Charlotte.

Ivy: The quirky, offbeat and energetic botanical name Ivy is enjoying a deserved revival, sure to be propelled even higher by its choice by high-profile recent parents Beyonce and Jay-Z for baby girl Blue Ivy. Ivy -- associated with clinging vines -- also has an interesting history: ancient Greeks presented an ivy wreath to newlyweds as a symbol of fidelity. And in the language of flowers, Ivy signifies faithfulness.

Sadie: Sadie started as a nickname for Sarah, but their images couldn’t be more disparate. Where Sarah is serious and sweet, Sadie is full of sass and spunk. Sadie is a new entrant to the Top 100, leaping from 124 all the way up to Number 50 in 2013. Its last heyday was a century ago.
