I guess someone has a strong opinion on the gender of this name.. only been on the polls for a minute and there is 28 boy votes.. WOW when there isn’t even 28 people on the site right now.


I vote boy simply because I always think of Drew as a nickname for Andrew.

i like it for both and i really like this spelling a lot although i think this one would look better on a girl,sounds/looks very exotic!

I like the name Dreaux. I think Dreaux would b better on a girl .But I believe this variation of the name Drew would be ok unisex. I’d say if you like it use it regardless of what the results will be on this poll . I say its good for either sex . I like different spelling variation of some names, i.e. Leigh for Lee for a girl Anne instead of Ann

I’m from Quebec, and I’ll tell you right now that Dreaux is not pronounced Drew. It’s pronounced Dro. That’s what I thought immediately when I first saw it.

Yeah, I was born in France, and French is my first language. Dreaux is definetely pronounced as Dro, like the last poster said.

Girl. I love this name for a girl! I plan on naming my first girl this. I love the sp. Drew but I also love Dreux. I don’t care for the A in Dreaux though. Drew and Dreux is precious for a little girl!!!!!!!!!! GO FOR IT!!!!!!!! gl
