I like Leana better(only if it is pronounced as Lee-aw-nah though) and I prefer it spelled Liana. It just looks prettier to me.

I voted Leana as the spelling is the most beautiful, but I assume it’s pronounced Lee-anna which is the most beautiful pronunciation. Leana pronounced Lee-anna is gorgeous!
