I really really don’t like Saylor/Sailor for either gender. It’s not attractive in any way, it’s a bit too childish and won’t look good on a professional, grown man/woman, sorry. I much prefer Sawyer for either gender, but mostly boy.

I prefer Saylor, as it is a unique way of spelling that make. I myself have a unique spelling in my name. I think it’s pretty and different. Go for it!

I would assume that Saylor (the spelling I prefer) was a girl. It wouldn’t be horrible on a boy, but I do think it sounds more girlish. I don’t really love the name but it’s not horrible.
