Yes, I like Lia vs. No, I prefer Leah vs. Use Lia as a nickname for Olivia

I love the spelling of Lia instead of Leah. But, I’m not sure it looks complete. Do you like Leah or Lia? Or could I use Lia as a nickname for Olivia? Older sister is Lily. Does Lia/Leah sound ok with Lily? Thanks, Jenna, Alexander, Lily and baby girl.

Of course. I like it. Names like Livie, Livia, Liv, Olive and Ollie are overused nicknames. Lia is fine. However, it might be too close to Lily.

I don’t see how Lia could be a nn for Olivia.
Liv or Via would be the obvious nn’s.

I definitely prefer Lia to leah. I think it looks prettier and more feminine. I think Lia is too close to Lily though. Olivia and Lily would go better. I would probably use Liv as a nn for Olivia. GL!

Lia/Leah is too close to Lily, in my opinion.

Leah is too popular and I dont think Lia can be a nn for Olivia.
How about Leanna,Leia,or Rosalia???

Lia isn’t too far of a stretch. Call her Olivia until she learns her name, so she can choose a nickname, if she even wants one. :)

I think Lia and Lily are cuter together than Olivia and Lily (even though I do like Oliva a lot). There are a lot of nicknames that make less sense than Lia for Olivia so I say go for it if you like it! (for example- Richard-Dick, John-Jack, etc.)
