No we found it on Nameberry! We don’t really like Madelane, we feel that it is too close to Madeline and will constantly be confusing for people. For the pronunciation we really like that Madelaine has the name Elaine in it so it won’t be confused as Madeline/Madelyn. Thank you for your vote!

My daughter is named Madelaine:) We call her Lainey for short. I agree that Madelaine Skye would be pretty!

We get a lot of people calling her Madeline or Madelyn because Madelaine is no where near as common. Either people really like her name or we get "Why didn’t you just name her Madeline/Madelyn?" lol We obviously think it’s a beautiful name. My daughter full name is Madelaine Rose. GL
