Stefani Ava got my vote, but I prefer Stefanie. Without the "e" at the end, it looks a little unfinished to me.

Stephanie or Stefanie. This name is so underused, I love it! It does not sounds 80’s trust me. I know a girl named Stephanie and it fits her perfect!
