I know a Nakota. He goes by Kota.

Why would your hubby refuse Dakota as a full name. If he likes Jota so much? That’s being ridiculous. He needs a fuller option but y’all can call him whatever you want.

I would use something like Kodiak, which might be too camera, over plain Koda.

I love the name Koda on it’s own, for our first son we considered Koda Harrison. We ended up with just Koa

This may be dumb, but its all that I could come up with.. What about Koden as a "long name"? and Koda for short??
If not, I say just go with Koda or Kota! I love it.

The name sounds odd and incomplete as a full name. But if you do use it, I would spell it Koda. That looks more like a name than Kota.
