Ricki? Or give her a very feminine first name and just have her middle name be Richard or Richards. Almost like two last names then? That’s a tough one. Good luck!

I think it’s a sweet idea, but I wouldn’t stretch it too far. Richelle sounds bit silly and as though you’re trying to hard. Rachel would be a cute way to honour him. Another option is to use his initials. For example, if his name was Richard John, you could name her Rosa Juliana. Or something.
