The only way I can think of would be to spell it just as you wrote out the pronunciation in the description but without the dash:

Actually, I’ve seen it being spelled as Gahel before. So. I would go with that. GL!

We had the same issue when we named our youngest daughter, Jyel(Jael), a year ago. We went with Jyel to avoid pronunciation issues. Although, Guyel looks a little odd to me. Gahel kinda looks like it would be pronounced gah-ell not guy-ell. I think Gael would be fine but that is only because I know the right pronunciation but others might not. What about Gyel?

Yeah, I would definitely spell it differently, because I would’ve assumed it was pronounced like Gale. Guyel maybe...?

We went with the french way of writing the name: Gaël
