Just leave the spelling be. Changing it will only make your daughter’s life harder (as well as yours and others). Changing it will not make it any more unique or "girly". This is coming from a women who has an "alternative" spelled name

It’s usually easiest for everyone in the long run to stick with the original spelling, especially since her sister has the original spelling of her name. But if you really want a different spelling...

Both Madison and Kendall are masculine surnames, there is no reason to change the spelling. Like an above poster said, it’s not going to suddenly make the name frilly and feminine no matter how many girls are given the name. Just go with Kendall, it will be a lot less hassle for you and your daughter. There aren’t really any ’alternative spellings’ for the name that don’t look really tacky.
