I would pronounce AH-vee-uh or AY-vee-uh. I think it’s lovely just about any way you say it, and beautiful with Michelle!

AY-vee-uh. It’s okay. I’m not a big fan of it but it’s cute and unique. Avia Michelle flows well. I personally don’t think that Avia goes very well with Annabeth though. Athena would be better with Annabeth in my opinion.

I knew someone who was considering this name. She pronounced it "uh-VEE-uh." She’s the only person I’ve ever heard say it. She Is Jewish and was specifically looking for a Hebrew name.
It’s listed at http://www.behindthename.com/nameavia as a variant of Hebrew Aviya / Abijah. But there is no pronunciation guide. And the name could have more than one origin, just not listed on that site.
So pronunciation is difficult for me to say with certainty. Bottom line: I would go with "uh-VEE-uh," but I can’t say that "AH-vee-uh" or "AY-vee-uh" are wrong. :0)
