Noa Lily vs. What do you vs. Think?
I’m looking for a short, cute first and middle name combo. Ideally, one or both names will have Jewish/Israeli influence since we are Jewish. In my community Noa is considered a girl’s name of biblical origin, not a feminization of Noah. We do want the name to work in the world-at-large though. What do you think? Is it cute/sweet?
We are open to feedback and suggestions. Other names we like:
Elle
Liv
Romy
Lyla
Kaia
Eden
Aria
Isla
Shira
Also love Ruby, Ava, but can’t use them because already used in the family so open to anything similar. Hope this helps!

Noa is okay but I think for most it will cause confusion. I like Eden, Kaia and Isla from your other options.

If you consider Noa Lily as a double first name, I think it’s pretty.
I really like Kaia, Eden, Shira and Liv, although I prefer it as a nickname.

I think Noa Lily is stunning!
I know a young woman who is called Noa and she’s managed fine in the wider world (although admittedly I’ve only ever spoken to her whilst in Jewish circles). She’s never mentioned having a negative reaction to it, and I’m the sort of person who would ask. We live in the UK, where Noa is even more uncommon as ’boys names on girls’ isn’t as much of a thing. I know this isn’t ’boys names on girls’ but if you’re in the US then you’re probably already in a more accepting place to call your daughter Noa anyway.
I also adore the name Kaia, but I think Noa Lily is so lovely you should use it.
