Combo vs. Help

We have narrowed our first name choices down to two for a boy and two for a girl and have a long list of names (mostly family names) that we would be happy to use as middle names. We thought it would be really helpful to hear some suggestions for combinations that you think would work. I’ll put the names in the first comment. Thank you.

First names:

Arthur - my choice, I think of this as a truly timeless name with so many great associations. My husband likes it too, especially the nickname options.
Holden - his choice, he tends go like literary names and this is one we both like a lot.

Matilda/Tilly - his choice, he says he has always loved it (again a literary name). I like Matilda too but it sounds a bit rubbish with our surname. I love Tilly though and can really imagine using it.
Avril - my choice, I never used to like this name, it used to make me think of the singer, but I met someone briefly about 3 years ago with this name. We live near the Scottish border and the way she said it in her Scottish accent was beautiful and it’s been my favourite name ever since. I think it is very pretty and not overused.
