You can spell it any way you want but it will affect the way people see her. The first poster is right, the Sh spelling looks uneducated.

I would just spell it Charlotte, it will be less of a headache for you and your daughter. Unfortunately people make quick judgements so if an employer saw Sharlotte on an application they may make a judgement and not hire her. There was someone on here a while ago wanting to spell her daughter’s name Sharlit, in my opinion changing the spelling takes away the meaning and beauty of a name and is just unnecessary.
