Amanda Chelsea vs. Ashley Lauren vs. Rachel Lynn

My Boyfriend and I are having our first child together. He already Has Three boys from his Prev. marriage ages 9,12,and16, all with his last name. I want to name the baby my last name McGuire because i am an only child and i dont want my name to die with me.. We have been together for less then a year and i just graduated high school last spring and would like to wait until after i get going with school. We love these three names for our new little girl to be. PLease comment on the last name situation and your thoughts on what name we should pick.. thanks Catie

Rachel Lynn is nice. I also agree that Lauren Ashley is very pretty. I think that’s my favorite!

I like Lauren Ashley, but honestly, you just graduated high school and your boyfriend has 3 kids, the oldest is nearly your age???

Good thing you’re giving your child your last name. I do not see this relationship lasting long. Sorry, but that’s my honest opinion.

I like Amanda but not with Chelsea as a mn. I think Amanda Lynn sounds better. Amanda Lauren also sounds a little better that Amanda Chelsea. They are all nice names. G/L

Lauren Ashley is my sisters name lol...but i dont think you should name your daughter ashley i know sooo many ashleys, at least 10....but i voted for amanda cuz thats my name, but i dont like it with chelsea, my name is amanda nicole....

I am 18 and he is 41. I will not think about marriage until I can atleast start college i dont have to graduate just start.I know he is ready for marriage because he has brought it up a bunch of times. what really concerns me right now is the babys last name i want mine Mcguire i know he wants his but maybe he will let me use both. its really up to him ya know. I am posting this because to answer the comment above.. thank ya catie
