Isaac & Hazel vs. Yes vs. No

Boy/Girl twins are joining our little family soon! We like the names Isaac & Hazel for them but a few people have told us they don’t go so well together. Do they go together to you or should we find different names? Middle names are undecided. We have an older son named Benjamin "Benji" Andrew who is 3. Thanks! ~Joanne & Rick

I suggest you stop worrying- people will love your kids when they arrive!

I actually think they go wonderfully together!
I like how they have the same number of letters and syllables (and when you use his nickname Benji does too so that’s a bonus) but they aren’t too close either.Some people try to make twin names overly matchy and it comes off too "cutesy"

Thanks for your positive thoughts so far! Could you possibly suggest some middle names for Isaac & Hazel if you think we should keep them? Our surname starts with a W and has two syllables. ~Joanne and Rick

I both love Isaac and Hazel together and separately. I think Isaac and Hazel are in similar naming "style" and also sound lovely with Benjamin/Benji.
