i like Eve best because it’s the least popular and it’s very underrated. Eva is very sophisticated, Evie i don’t think will age well. if you want the best of both worlds, i’d say name her Eva and then you can nickname her Eve or Evie. how about

Eva. I find it stronger and prettier than both Eve, which is a bit plain, or Evie, which is quite cutesy. Eva is a lovely name, very elegant and beautiful :)

My daughter is named Rose, but we were were very close to calling her Eve (we like one syllable names). Eve is feminine but so completely non frilly, it is classic, elegant, and can fit all stages of life. A beautiful name. Eva seems like a modernised version of Eve, which is fine, but with names the old ways are best IMO. Evie is a very cute nickname for Eve.
I think that Eve is a stunning name!

Evie is too cutesy.
Strong, gorgeous Eva GMV, with the pretty NN Eve, as I think Eva is the most sophisticated. But I also think that both Eve and Eva are both beautiful, classy and timeless names.

Eva is lovely, so sophisticated and strong and beautiful. My daughter’s name:
Isobelle Eva!
Eve is dull IMO, and Evie is a cute NN but very cutesy as a full name.
LOVE Eva.
