My favorite spellings are Mazzy or Maize, but Mayzie is the best out of these two and will get the pronouciation you want.

MY favorite spelling is Maisy. (Mazzy and Maize would not be pronounced the same at all. That are different from each other AND from the name you have chosen. But I digress....) Of YOUR choices, I prefer Maysie (probably because it’s closest to Maisy). For me, the pronunciation is easy. It rhymes with Daisy. Having said that, I have noticed that some people pronounce it like Macy, an altogether different name.

Maisie and Maisy should get the pronunciation you want. Mazzy I would pronounce the A like cat. Maize would be like maze. I don’t really like the two spellings you have but the best is definitely Maysie :)
