Maylin got my vote. I’m generally a fan of the most streamlined spelling (i.e. Malin), but traditionally, Malin is a Swedish, Norwegian, and Finnish short form of Magdalene pronounced MAH-lin.

We did find that upon research poster 1, but we live in the U.S. and many of the people we have talked to have assumed the pronunciation May-lynn so we kept the spelling in the mix believing many(not all) would probably pronounce it this way. Thanks for the feedback! Thank you to you as well poster 2!

I’m in Canada and I would pronounce Malin "mah-lin".
Maylin got my vote for the pronunciation you want... but Maelynn looks more "American" if that’s more important to you.
