Kellyann Louise vs. ?

The name would be named after out mothers. His has passed away and mine is actually a mom/grandma that have the same, so a twofer. I really love it and it’s sentimental..but am I partial and biased to not know that is sounds like [removed]? If it’s HORRIBLE please tell me, but I really really want to do this..

Why not Kelly Anne, Anne being the middle name.

Kellyann was his moms name just like that. And I too want to keep the sentimentality of naming after a family member. Louise does that for my mom and grandma. I don’t like changing things. "Oh her name was Sara and I like jean so let’s name her sarajean michelle" I’m not going to change the names to be anything. If only one should be used then okay. But not making it Kelly or Louisa etc.

It’s not horrible at all. The fact that both names have family meaning trumps all other problems that people may see with it, imho.

Kellyann Louise flows nice and would give her plenty of nickname options should she want them.

It’s definitely not my style (I really like Kelly Louisa) but it’s your family and if you and your partner love it, then do it. No one else’s opinions should deter you from honoring the cherished family members that you want.
