The name is trendy enough without alternate spellings. Stick with Paisley.

There’s a reason people don’t like alternative spellings. Perhaps if you’d listen and consider their opinions, they would listen to and consider yours.
Paisleigh looks like the french word for country mixed with a sleigh
Paysleigh looks like someone has to pay for a sleigh and forgot the space
Payslee is the lesser of the three evils

If it has to be "unique" then Paislee.

I second Paislee. Leigh spellings always confuse me with regard to pronunciation and the PAY’S look funny.

I love the alternate spelling Paislee - so much more unique and cuter than the common spelling; Paisley. Way to go for wanting to choose an alternate spelling - unique names are the best names!

Unique is not always better. That is a matter of opinion. But I would agree that if you refuse to go with the proper spelling, Paislee would be your best alternative. Funny thing, I remember this exact poll from about a year ago and the comments are essentially the same.

Paislee I think is best. I read the sleigh part of the alternates as in Santa’s sleigh. Alternate isn’t always better, but you can’t go wrong with double e’s instead of ey’s. The name itself is a personal favorite!!!!
