Kyson spelling. Kaison spelling may get it pronounced like Kay-son. Kyson is a more direct spelling and shouldn’t get mispronounced.

If your other kids names start with c then you should keep going with the c tradition when I was little and still now I always felt left out from my siblings because they all started with Y and I was P maybe try Cyson or Caison but Caison may be pronounced (Kay-Son) so I think Cyson

I spelled mine like kaison and it gets mispronunciation everywhere!! I’m putting in papers to change it as soon as he turns one!
