I would spell it Raine or Rayne. Don’t get over complicated by adding an "h" into the name and Raynn looks too much like Ryann.

Rayne, Reign, Raine and Reyne are nice. I also like Reyna. Raynn sort of looks like a typo and the h in Rhayne is unnecessary - it does nothing for the sound and just makes the name more confusing!
