Eli vs. Elijah vs. Elias

We love Eli (Middle name TBD) for our baby boy, but we aren’t sure if we want Eli to be his full name or if we want to do with Elijah or Elias and use Eli as a nickname. He will probably go by Eli a majority of the time. What do you think? Thanks! - Kate and David

I love Eli just the way it is.I think it’s perfectly acceptable as a given name and doesn’t need a longer version.

Look at it this way...Name him Elijah. Cause Eli is also a biblical name, sooo, no matter what you call him, he has a biblical name. Plus, Eli looks super incomplete to me as a full name and I can’t stand Elias. GL.
