Kiara vs. Ciara vs. Chiara

We aren’t sure if we should use the "American" version of this name Kiara/Ciara, or the "Italian" Chiara. We have family in Italy, so it’d probably be easier for them if it is Chiara when we visit them, however, we live in the U.S, so Kiara/Ciara may be more practical. I love Chiara though! please help! - Elisa and Sal

I wouldn’t spell it Ciara, as that is the Irish spelling of the name Kira/Keira.

I think Chiara is the best option.
