Titan vs. Sire

Some may think these names are terrible and pass judgement, but we wanted to name our son one of these names. Because my doctor said he wouldn’t survive my entire pregnancy, but thankfully he proved everyone wrong and we see that he will be a strong little boy. We were originally to name him Vincent after my husband’s father, it may be his middle name.

I don’t think either work. Usability is important a name isn’t really about you it is about what is best for him. A name that produces the best possible outcomes for him. I would chose Titan over Sire but I would really reconsider and pick a name that means strong or warrior.

Titan! I have a 12 year old with this name. Alexander Titan. He was born a preemie at just 32 weeks. I wanted a strong name!

I really like Sire. I’m not sure if you are open to suggestions but here are some names of similar theme and meaning:
Ajax- (brave warrior)
Caden- (great fighter)
Dustin- (brave fighter)
Barron- (warrior)
Gideon- (great warrior)

Sire a male father in the animal kingdom often used when referencing stallions and bulls. And maybe its just me but I find it aggroant to name your child something people use to address Kings. I get you think highly of your child but I just don’t know about that.

Vincent would be perfect. It means "conqueror" and you child has clearly conquered the predictions made before he was born. Vincent Titan would be awesome.
