My friend has a Courtney Lynn. Spell it with a C or otherwise people might think you like the kardashians or how ever you spell their name. Besides the K spelling looks ridiculous.

Kourtney screams Kourtney... I prefer Kourtney of the two. And no I’m not a Kardashian fan nor do I think being one is an issue. Someone will always find an association with a name good &/or bad. Go with your favourite spelling, not what others prefer. I’m sure Kourtney Kardashian isn’t the only Kourtney out there....

My friend’s mom’s name was Kourtney and she changed it to Courtney when she turned eighteen because she was sick of correcting people all the time. No one but Kourtney Kardashian will spell the name with a K on the first try. Don’t put your daughter through that.

I agree with comment #7. Think of all the names used today that are also the name of a celebrity or any other famous person. For this reason should we change the spelling also? Avoid using a name or particular spelling we love in order to avoid someone possibly associating the name with someone else? Ridiculous. Kourtney Paige gets my vote.
