I like Rosie or Rose because they are heard less often. Sophie is lovely too but I know a few of them.

Sophie is supposed to have emphasis on the ie like Marie but I think people say SOphie which is wrong. No one does that with Sophia but Sophie gets botched a lot :( Rosie is straightfoward

Love Rosie...but it’s the name of my dog so I have trouble picturing it on a grown woman. Sophie ages better imo.

I love both, I like Sophie just a little more. Not really sure why, I just imagine a little Sophie to be a bit more cheerful and out going than a Rosie.

Sophie is a prettier name. Rose is prettier than Rosie. Not fond of Rosie, maybe for a nickname.

I picked Sophie because to me Rosie is a nickname and because my cousins have a dog named Rosie and I couldn’t imagine it on a baby.
