Ian is actually a Scottish variant of John, so there are plenty of feminine names that are variants, like Jean, Jeanne, Joanna, Siobhan, Ivanka, Hanna... all different names from all around the world!

Do you want the ee- sound of Ian or an I even if it doesn’t make the ee-sound?
Something like Yvonne/Evonne or Yvette/Evette could work....or Yvaine, which is thought to be a feminine version of Yvain, and Arthurian knight? There’s also Ivona and Iveta (From the Slavic languages) and Ivette and Ivonne are versions from Western Europe. Ivonne (ee-VAWN) might be the closest you’d get to Ian.
There’s also Ianthe from Greek mythology and another version Iantha, but I’m not sure if the I is pronounced ee- or eye-. Or Igraine (King Arthur’s mother) could be somewhat similar. There’s also Ileana, which is apparently the Spanish, Italian, and Romanian form of Helen. Or Iliana or Ilina?
Or the Hebrew name Ilana (ee-LAH-nuh?) or Ioana/Ioanna/Iohanna, which are all Greek, Biblical/Latin forms of Johanna? Then there is the Hawaiian Iolana or the name Iolanthe. Or the Scottish/English name Iona (eye-oh-nah).
Like the first poster said, Ian is just another form of John, so feminine forms of Ian would be Jean, Jane, Joan, Johanna, Sheona, Shauna, etc. so the closest you’re going to get is really an unrelated name that just sounds similar to Ian...

You could always just call her Ian. Or even make it a nickname for something like Lilian. If I remember correctly, Ian can also be a unisex name.

I'm someone named Ian, and when I think of female versions of my name, the first thing my mind goes to is Irene, even if it's not related in any real way besides the I and the ee sound.
