I considered Sadie for our next baby and since both my girls have a "y" in their names I wanted to stick with that theme so I was going to spell it Saydi or Sayde.

Sadie is really the only way to go. The other ways look stupid and trendy. You will regret naming your baby something stupid and confusing like Saidee or Sayde or Saydi. She’ll hate having to always correct the spelling and pronunciation of a name that should otherwise be simple and classic.
