I pronounce all three differently. Aria is "ARE-ee-uh". Araya is like "uh-RAY-uh". And Ariah I’d say like "are-RY-uh". I definitely prefer Aria of all the spellings and pronunciations.

I would pronounce them differently too except for me Aria is "ARE-ee-uh" and the other two are both "uh-RYE-uh".

I also like Aria the best.
