How important is it for siblings names to match? I am really stuck on this little guys name to match with sister Guinevere, but does it really need to match?

Guinevere and Lachlan sound great together! I like Lachlan a lot better on its own than Hunter, as well.

They should not clash, but they don’t need to match necessarily. I prefer Lachlan.

As previously said, sibling names don’t need to be the same style necessarily, but still go together and not clash terribly.
I think both of the boy names could work fine, though Hunter is the most common out of the bunch.
I do have a soft spot for Lachlan, and Guinevere and Lachlan make one sweet and classy pair.
Guinevere and Hunter sound to me like an adventurous pair out of a fairytale, if it makes any sense.

Siblings names don’t have to match. As long as you love the names then whether they match or not doesn’t matter. I like Hunter the best as I’ve always personally felt that Lachlan sounds weird and made up(I know it is a real name and not made up though). I love the way Guinevere and Hunter sound together as well! They sound like a pair of names out of a fairytale or a folklore story!
