Would you consider Adonis (from Greek mythology)? That might be a better choice...I personally wouldn’t name my kid after the god of mummification...

Your other kids’ names are much more accessible than Anubis. I’m not sure how to pronounce it either. Maybe there’s another P god from Greek mythology so the boys would share initials?

I think it’s a little strange to suddenly go into Egyptian mythology after already using 3 names from Greek. Also using Anubis (or Adonis) makes Percy the only child to not have an A name.

I don’t like Anubis. How about Bastian, Christian, Dion, George, Nicholas, Masimos or another Greek name not starting with E.

Love how my dad named me Anubis even tho Anubis is a god of death :/ (literally my name is anubis lmao)
