I went to school with a girl Mika. I think the only issue with it is some people will pronounce it mee-ka.

Micah is a boys’ spelling, and Mika looks like MEE-kuh. I voted for Maika, but i like the suggestion of Mica.

I think Maika looks like May-ka and Mika and looks like Mick-a and Micah looks like Mee-ka.
How about Myka? Otherwise Mika or Mica.
