Lucie gets my vote. It reminds me of Lucie, the French character in Dickens’ A Tale of Two Cities.

Stick to the tried and true...there are only two authentic options here (No# 1 and 2).

1 Lucy - English spelling
2 Lucie - French spelling
3 Lucee - modern invention

Lucy or Lucie. Lucee is really reaching for uniqueness and brings down the prettiness of the name.
