I think I slightly prefer Mia Katherine but only by a little!

Mia Katherine is one of my all-time favorite name combinations, so I voted for it. However, Mia Paige sounds fantastic, too. It would boil down to which "feel" you want. With Katherine, it’s more of a classic feel, while with Paige, I get an almost sporty feel.
