Quincy on a girl is not "upperclass" it’s trendy and unattractive, sorry. Whitney is beautiful though.

Blaire is beautiful. With Whitney I can only think of Whitney Houston not a bad association but a hard name for a child to be associated with growing up.

I love Blaire but unfortunately it doesn’t flow with Belle at all.
It would be wonderful with a different middle name.Something like Blaire Alexandra (for example)would be gorgeous! Or it might even be OK if you were willing to at least use a longer version of Belle.Something like Blaire Annabelle or Blaire Isabelle perhaps?
If Belle is set in stone then I think you should go for Whitney for the best flow.
