I think Leila Paige is a lovely name. Leila is a family name and I have always loved it. (Pronounced Lee lah).

Leila is pronounced Lay-la to me. If you want people to be sure on the pronunciation, I think you should go with Leela or Lela. I know 2 girls show spell it Leila and go by Lay-la.

I love Leila Paige but if Leila is spelled like that I, too, would pronounce it Lay-lah. If I were you this is the spelling that I would use but if you really want it pronounced Lee-lah how about Leighla or Leela.
