Milani would be the best option for the "mil-ah-nee" pronunciation.

I don’t think the other two options would make people say "mil-ay-na". I see "mil-ah-na". Have you considered Melaina?

Melani is nicest for the Mi-lah-nee pronunciation to me. But I would not say Mi-lay-na for any of the spellings above, both options would be Mi-lah-na to me.

Melena, Melaina, or Meleina would be closer to the pronunciation you are looking for.

I think Milena would be a nice spelling to get the pronunciation mil-ay-na.
