Amber vs. Ember

Hi. We’re torn between these two names for our daughter. Though we both like both and will be happy with whatever we go with, my husband has a slight preference for Amber as it’s more established as a name. I like Ember a little more as it’s not so heard of. What do you think?

I have always adored Ember! I do think you will have to correct people who think you are saying Amber though. Good luck!

Amber feels very 1980s to me (sorry)
I prefer Ember.
It feels more modern.

Hahahha my name is Ember! I looked my name up on google and this popped up.Though Amber is a beautiful name, I definitely choose Ember. Some say I'm bias, they're crazy. ;) I see this was a year ago but idc. Hope Amber is well!
