I’m guessing this is for a girl? I picked Summer because Sommer would get said SAH-mer and Samar would get said SUH-mar and Summer just looks/sounds prettier. I’m not good with Arabic names, sorry.

Summer if you want SUM-er, Sommer if you want SOH-mer and Samar if you want sah-MAR. Personally, if it’s for an Arabic child, then Samar because it’s actually Arabic. But if you want a more anglo name that kind of has a tie to an Arabic name, then Summer is ok.
