Mason for sure. If you wanted to make it more girly Mayson looks a lot better than Maison or Maeson.

I think Mason on a girl is tacky and unflattering. Changing the spelling to Maison, Maeson, or Mayson makes it about 100 times worse.

I would say Maison as My-son probably, so I wouldn’t use that. Maycen could also work, but I think you should stick with the original, Mason

Don’t use Maison, it’s French for ’house’.

I think it’s a boys name regardless of how it’s spelled, the son at the end makes it clear.
