Brett is really close to Brat.
Jett sounds like an airplane, but would also make a good name for a black cat/dog.

Brett will look best in the long run, very handsome, classic, timeless, and classy, but it sounds similar to Rhett so it has a mkdern feel to it too.. I personally find that Jett and Rhett won’t look as nice on an adult, Brett looks good on any age.

Brett for sure. Jett is very out-dated IMO (very 1970’s). Rhett always makes me think of retching. I know a lot of people like this name and as a nickname for Everett, but to me it just doesn’t sound that attractive.

Brett is a name I associate with spoiled, rich, deluded types, because those are the little and adult Bretts I’ve met. It is appropriately similar to the word brat. I think Rhett is a wonderful name. A fine, old school vintag.
