Keep to Lily Rose vs. Change to Liliana Rose
Hello again! Posted a little while ago about Lily Rose. Somebody left a suggestion of Liliana Rose rather than Lily. I talked to my husband about it and he said he’s alright with it. Honestly, it rolls off the tongue better than Lily! Thank you so much for your suggestion! As I forgot to mention earlier, our surname is Kyleton (Kyle Tin). Does it sound alright? What do you think? Stick to Lily Rose or should we change it to Liliana? Oh, and by the way, Liliana is pronounced "Lily AH Nuh", not "Lily Anna".

Liliana Rose sounds elegant. I chose that one. Good luck.

I’d keep Lily though I am not keen on the double flower names. It might just be me but I have never met a Lily. I know five little girls in the last ten months who have received the name Liliana. I also think Lily flows better with your last name. If you & your husband like it though, use it!

Liliana Rose is beautiful! It does go with your last name, and it also gives her the option to go by Lily when she’s younger, but have a full name to use when she’s older if she wants. Good luck!

I like Lily more than Liliana but Lily Rose is too much flower for one name. So I guess Liliana works.

Poster two again! Forgot to mention that three out of five of those little girls also had the middle name Rose.

I like both Lily and Liliana but prefer the simplicity of Lily. I agree with others that two flower names together may not be a good idea. Perhaps reconsider her middle name.

I personally think Lilliana is overdramatic and overdone. And kinda pretentious sounding honestly, like something a snooty, stuck up, royal couple would choose. I would just stick to Lily Rose. Also, my 10 year old daughter is named Lily Magnolia and she gets on just fine in life. Having two flower names is not big deal, who cares if both are flower names. I don’t see why that is a problem.

^ Of course you don’t see it as a problem because you named your child two flower names lol it’s a bit much honestly. Most people don’t go by their middle names so it doesn’t really matter, but I don’t see the point? There’s so many other names to choose from. I prefer Lily to Liliana but I would choose a different middle name if you decide to go for Lily.

Lily Rose.
As someone who LOVES both Lily and Rose, I did think "huh, two flowers in one name," but honestly, why is that a bad thing?
