Both overused. Both unisex. Not my style but they are good names. She will probably have several others in her class with the same name. If used, maybe consider a feminine middle name. I like original spellings best. Jordan or Jayden.

Jordan gmv though I like the spelling Jordyn better for a girl. Jaiden is cute as well, have you considered the spellings Jadyn or Jaidyn? Good luck!
